Think Greek Business, Think Agora SA

The name Agora is drawn from the ancient Greek word ἀγορά, which referred to the central public space in Greek city-states. More than just a marketplace, the Agora was a vibrant hub of commerce, conversation, culture, and civic life—where citizens gathered to exchange goods, share ideas and shape the future of their communities.

Inspired by this legacy, Agora SA brings together South Africa’s Greek business community and broader stakeholders in the same spirit of connection, innovation and collective growth.

Supporting the Hellenic Community in South Africa!

Agora SA is proud to launch the Hellenic Community Support Programme, an initiative dedicated to uplifting and empowering Hellenic organisations across South Africa.

For every conference ticket, partnership package, or exhibition booth purchased, 10% of the sale (Ex VAT) will be donated to a Hellenic Community organisation of your choice. (T’s and C’s apply)

How It Works

  • Tickets:
During checkout just before payment is processed, simply select “Yes ” when asked if you wish to donate. After payment, you’ll receive an email with a Nomination Form where you can indicate the approved Hellenic Community organisation you wish to support.

  • Partnerships & Exhibition Booths:
Our team will liaise with you directly to finalise your chosen organisation for the 10% donation allocation.

This initiative ensures that every delegate, partner, and exhibitor attending Agora SA contributes to strengthening the Hellenic network in South Africa—simply by participating.
